Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where you are located, if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
